Administration
The Administration Division provides the executive leadership and organizational oversight necessary to ensure the Paragould Police Department operates effectively, responsibly, and in service to the community. The division is led by the Chief of Police, supported by the Deputy Chief of Police and three Division Captains.
Each Captain is responsible for a core area of departmental operations, Uniform Division, Investigations, and Operations, providing focused leadership, coordination, and accountability across all functions of the department. The Deputy Chief assists the Chief of Police in managing daily operations while overseeing professional standards and overall organizational performance.
The Administration Division is responsible for policy development, organizational planning, and department-wide oversight, ensuring consistent standards, accountability, and alignment with the department’s mission; to ensure responsible decision-making, operational efficiency, and transparency.
Through strong internal leadership, collaboration with city leadership, and engagement with community partners, the Administration Division plays a central role in promoting public trust, organizational integrity, and effective policing in Paragould.
