    Crowley's Ridge State Park. Bring your family to the park and enjoy some fishing fun! Kids ages up to 15 years are invited to participate in this family fishing event. Prizes will be awarded for different categories.  Fishing poles are available to borrow and bait is available for a fee at the Visitor Center. Bring your own lawn chairs, weather-appropriate supplies, snacks, and water. Meet at Lake Walcott fishing pier.

  6. Night Hike - Nocturnal Powers

    Lake Frierson State Park - The night is dark and full of wonder. Join the park interpreter for a nighttime hike on the Dogwood Lane Trail and discover the amazing creatures that come out in the night. The Dogwood Lane Trail is an easy, 0.5-mile trail, so please wear comfortable walking shoes and bring a water bottle and flashlight. Meeting Place: Visitor Center Parking Lot
